We are enjoying the system, especially the music capabilities. Have not watched a movie yet. Overall, we are very pleased. The installation crew was very professional.

Outstanding all around experience! 7/5/2011

The guys at Stereo East are great. We highly recommend them. There was never a time in the whole process where we felt rushed or being pushed into something more expensive. They actually saved us money by not recommending some packages based on how our house was wired. Their staff is very knowledgeable in all aspects of home theater. We liked them so much we went back and bought home theater chairs also. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Just the other day we were in the area and my wife said we should stop by and just say hello. There have not been many times where we have wanted to go back to a store just see how everyone is doing. This goes to show you the caliber of people they have working there. more

We started working with Stereoeast at the time of pre-wiring in our new home. Their capabilities and ideas were amazing, and flexible based on our budget. While we wondered if we over/underwired the house we relied on their experience to deliver what we wanted when we added the hardware. The store experience was great. Our salesman (Anthony) walked us through all the exhibits and that really helped us choose great products within our budget that worked with our pre-wired home. The installation was amazing with their experienced team. They were extremely professional and patient to explain what everything was and how it operated. Our final product is a very fun and entertaining home from room to room and even outside on the patio. We are extremely happy with Stereoeast! more

Helpful and knowledgeable 5/12/2011

We visited the store several times before our install and the staff was consistently helpful and knowledgeable. Tim did an excellent job explaining all the products that I had an interest in or question about. Ray and the tech team were very professional and brought my media room plan to life. I brag every chance I get when I show off my audio/video setup. Fantastic job! Thanks so much! more
