Very Good Pediatric Dentist in Charlotte area 11/22/2010

Have taken my then 18 months old to Dr. Chen for 'second opinion' and made her the primary dentist. She SPENT TIME and LISTENED to the history/issues. Then Dr Chen did analysis and EXPLAINED clearly the available choices. There was NO PRESSURE to make decision nor any hurried consulting type atmosphere even though the practise was full. We could easily TRUST the level of expertise she has. The first pediatric dentist we went in Mooersville, NC had completely different atomosphere. Although Dr.Chen's clinic is far (about 30 miles), she's the best. more

GREAT Pediatric Dentist 1/9/2010

Dr Chen is such a great dentist for children. She helps put them right at ease, whether its their first visit, or their 10th visit! \r She helps calms those first visit fears, and it is so wonderful to be able to be in the back with your child while they are having their teeth cleaned. Dr Chen as well as her staff are very friendly! High reccomend! more

Positive dentist experience! 7/12/2009

The first time I took my 3-year-old to see Dr. Chen, my daughter just wasn't ready, she was too scared. The staff and Dr. Chen were so patient, took the time to show us around, gave us a goody bag, and didn't charge us for the day. We've been back twice since and it's been a positive experience each time. Nice waiting area, open treatment room, I can sit within view of my child if she wants. We really like it there! more

Awesome Dentist 1/6/2009

We went to see Dr. Stephanie Chen after a terrifying experience with another pediatric dentist. I was not happy that the other dentist office had not allowed me to be in the room with my daughter during a tooth extraction and filling. They stopped before doing the final two filling and I swore not to go back. We found Dr. Chen and this office has an open floor plan -- not was my husband allowed to be with our daughter but she even was able to do it without laughing gas, explaining the process along the way and not proceeding until she understood and was really. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chen. more
