The first time I took my 3-year-old to see Dr. Chen, my daughter just wasn't ready, she was too scared. The staff and Dr. Chen were so patient, took the time to show us around, gave us a goody bag, and didn't charge us for the day. We've been back twice since and it's been a positive experience each time. Nice waiting area, open treatment room, I can sit within view of my child if she wants. We really like it there!
