they did it AGAIN!!! the first time they came I was a little skeptical. But that mood changed instantly when they started to answer all the questions I had and let me know what was going on. When the work was done I could see how experienced they really were. my carpet looked brand new. I told them I would call them again. six months past and my carpet was due for another cleaning, I have three kids. ha-ha. anyway they came and sent the same person. I loved that and again following the same procedure like before they had the common courtesy to let me know what was happening. it can get any better than this. this company is great. more

It was thee best carpet cleaning job I've had in a while... All stains are completely gone, all residue of and smell of pet stains GONE!!! this company really did go above and beyond to make my carpets look 10x"s better than before. The techs that came out were very helpful with answering all the questions I had for them. they made sure I understood what needed to be done and how. They also make sure you know the set price before starting any of the work. The carpets look 100% clean. I had an amazing experience with this company I think anyone who hires them will too! call them, check them out yourselves!! more

My baby loves to finger paint so when I turn my back for one minute he got has hands and feet on the paint and decide he would start walking that day, it was a happy day for us. I did not o=want him to stop without me taking video. But the results of it wouldn’t be good. Because he was tracking paint everywhere he stepped. Anything he touched. So by the time I had enough footage, I stopped him and gave him a bath. When I came out and see the mess he created I almost had a heart attack. He managed to turn my room into a rainbow. I freaked!!! I started calling companies and found a company that was able to squeeze me in that same day. The tech came and his eyes widened when he saw what he had to work with. Luckily he said “no problem, we can take care of this, I only have one question is this water based paint?” and thankfully it was!!! He started cleaning it and when he was done and after four hours of drying the carpet and my upholstery looked great. more

clean couch again! 5/30/2011

My son got a puppy for his birthday. It has been pretty tough teaching him what he can and cannot do inside the house, luckily he's a good pup but has a lot more to learn. This one time we had a water slide in the backyard and we all had fun. One of my kids left the screen door open and the pup came into the house and he had wet paws. He jumped on to the couch and made a mess, left mud tracks all over and dirtied the couch. I called around and was so happy Steam Clean Green Professionals waas able to come out that same day. The tech did a wonderful job, eft the couch looking like it was never dirty and I love the fact that it was sanitized and disinfected. more

no more water leak 4/11/2011

I was taking a shower and noticed a lot of water came out and got the rug I had really wet. The edge of the bathtub was cracked and that was where the water came out from. I let the rug dry but it had a nasty odor to it, I told my cousin about this and he said I should get it cleaned by Steam Clean Green Professionals and the smell would be gone and it would be left in great condition. I was so glad to have found a company that would assist me, when they delivered the rug a few days later, the smell really was gone and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. more

I was devastated when I spilled the spaghetti on the carpet carrying it to the dining table., good thing I still had lots more to replace the plate. Luckily a few days before a friend of mine told me about Steam Clean Green Professionals, I quickly called her to get the number. The instant I was assisted I knew I was going of like working with them, they were informative and most of all courteous. more
