I sympathize for the previous reviewer, but the hyperbole she uses to describe her dealings with CBS was not my experience at all. Having recently been laid-off, I registered with a number of agencies. CBS was the quickest to respond and found me a placement paying a bit more than I was making previously. I had no problems with this company. Pros: Quick to respond Cons: None to mention more

I went to this agency months ago, seeking to change jobs. I have a stable work history, a college degree, and a professional appearance and demeanor. The woman who interviewed me was, although pleasant, probably about 22 and knew nothing about the field in which I work (and which the agency supposedly places employees). I did not hear from her for months. When she finally did call, she offered an interview for a job that was way below my qualifications. (Why would I leave my current job for THAT? I was looking for something better! ) I politely declined. Since then I have heard NOTHING. I have no idea how this agency stays in business. Seriously, don't waste your time. This is the worst agency I have ever seen. Pros: NONE Cons: Never even got me an interview! more
