I am a Kymco 2004 Bet&Win Scooter owner and my experience with SSU, Adrian and Daniel, has been stellar. Absolutely five stars for this two-man all-cycle service department. I had a few very disappointing experiences with scooter-specific shops elsewhere and it took me a while to take a chance on a ""motorcycle"" shop. Now that I have found it I will never go elsewhere. It doesn't have the neon signage and retail departments of other shops. However, they know what they are doing, which is refreshing. And they're very nice. They fixed the carburetor the specialty scooter shop in Seattle nearly destroyed. Go figure. They also replaced the air filter, drive belt, and pulley weights with my aftermarket upgrades, changed all fluids, and tuned the kid to purrrrr. The scooter now runs ridiculously well. Cycle owners everywhere, whether motorcycle, scooter, or whatever else there is... this is the real deal. more

Our Facility Shiny Side Up Motorcycle Service offers a clean repair area and secured indoor storage facility for your motorcycle. We are equipped with professional tools to handle just about any job with proper precision and care. Our facility is made up of two areas. The main area is used for repair and performance work for Porsche cars. The other area is used for motorcycle repair and storage of units waiting for repair or pick up.

    Shop hours during Fall and Winter:

    Tuesday to Friday 10am - 6pm

    Saturday 10am - 5pm

    Closed Sunday and Monday

    All of our motorcycle repairs are guaranteed against defects in labor for a period of 30 days. If for any reason a repair that we performed fails within that period, and it was caused by defective workmanship, we will make the repair right - no questions asked.

    Shiny Side Up does not offer any warranty on parts unless expressed at the time of repairs. Any warranty concerns pertaining to parts is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer of the part.
