Sprint has, in my opinion, the absolute worst record for customer service. I have a business plan with 8 phones that are used for routing deliveries around Las Vegas. I signed up for their Molbile Locator Service so we could track the drivers on the computer. I tried using the system and it wouldn't work. I called their customer service over a period of two days, spoke to four different people, and none of them seemed very concerned about fixing the problem. Each one would put me on hold repeatedly and then finally would put me on Eternal Hold (you know, the one where they never come back and you eventually just hang up?) I even sent a letter to their customer service department by Overnight Mail. After one week I have yet to receive a response. Result: More than three hours on the phone and still can't use the system. Their customer service is nil. My personal plan is Verizon and they have been far more helpful than Sprint.
