Sprint Store

Sprint has, in my opinion, the absolute worst record for customer service. I have a business plan with 8 phones that are used for routing deliveries around Las Vegas. I signed up for their Molbile Locator Service so we could track the drivers on the computer. I tried using the system and it wouldn't work. I called their customer service over a period of two days, spoke to four different people, and none of them seemed very concerned about fixing the problem. Each one would put me on hold repeatedly and then finally would put me on Eternal Hold (you know, the one where they never come back and you eventually just hang up?) I even sent a letter to their customer service department by Overnight Mail. After one week I have yet to receive a response. Result: More than three hours on the phone and still can't use the system. Their customer service is nil. My personal plan is Verizon and they have been far more helpful than Sprint. more

Just about everyone I know has a sprint phone. All the extra things they have on the mphones are great. I especially like the ring tones and the camera phones you can do so much. more

i have been a sprintpcs user for 4 years now and i do agree w/ what so people say that the reps are very bad and that the service suck so bad but i have got many nice reps w/ sprint i use the store on lamb and the manger there is very nice and helpful but there ins for phone needs to change i fell you pay 5.00 a month and you sholud get a new phone more

Rude customer service, long irregular lines and absolutley no order to be found. I was yelled at and had I dont know how many people cut in front of me. So bad, I switched to Verizon more

I was already a customer with sprintpcs and I wanted to add two more lines. I was told I could do this when I called them on the phone. When I went into the store they told me I couldn't. They told me to call sprintpcs on the phone when I was at the store. I called sprintpcs and they pretended like they did not know what I was talking about. They refused to give me the third line. They did not even apologize for their mistake. PROS: Great phones, good plans. CONS: Bad Customer Service and wrong information given more
