i have been a sprintpcs user for 4 years now and i do agree w/ what so people say that the reps are very bad and that the service suck so bad but i have got many nice reps w/ sprint i use the store on lamb and the manger there is very nice and helpful but there ins for phone needs to change i fell you pay 5.00 a month and you sholud get a new phone more
