It started the minute I showed up at the door. SALES, SALES, SALES. I had to go in to the cemetery to sign interment orders. The real reason: SELL ME A MARKER. And NO wasn't something they wanted to hear. They sell everything. They have flowers, funerals, graves, markers. It all comes at a price. But they do take credit cards. They will call you trying to sell you preneed funerals later on after your funeral. This place is all about BIG EXPENSIVE BUSINESS. Non-profit? When high salaries are paid is that kinda profit? It sounds good but the high pressure selling. Their funerals are just as expensive as any other funeral home in Cincinnati. I guess it is NON-PROFIT? I read an article that they can be trusted because they are NON-PROFIT. If it sounds like a duck, walks like a duck, and looks like a duck is it a duck or a turkey. Cemeteries are expensive and Spring Grove sticks with that tradition. Expensive. And when you need it the most when you have a death you have to PAY IT RIGHT NOW. If you buy it when you don't need it you can make anykind of payment that works for you. If you need it then only CASH will do. I guess that's the way NON PROFITS operate. I wish I could afford to spend a few thousands for a little 3x6 section of land because I would go to Spring Grove. But I live on a fixed income and I can't afford it. It is beautiful. It is expensive. They do have the BEST TRAINED SALES PEOPLE in the business. THEY KNOW HOW TO SELL. Did you know that Spring Grove is trained in how to get the most money out of clients? Maybe they should run that ad in the ""DID YOU KNOW"" advertising in the paper.
Pros: Beautiful, Expansive, Absolutely georgous
Cons: Everything is so expensive
