Southside Animal Hospital-2nd to NONE!! 3/10/2010

I have been going to Southside for a number of years with both my cats and dogs. The entire staff is wonderful and you know that your pet is in good hands as soon as you meet Dr. Joyce. Every situation is met with care, concern and honesty. They truly understand how important your pet is and you never feel like a number with them. Dr. Joyce and her staff take time to understand the reason for your visit and do everything they can to make sure your pet receives the best care possible. I really appreciate the fact that if Dr. Joyce feels she doesn't have the expertise or ability to properly diagnose your animal (which is a very rare occurance), she has a wonderful network of specialists who she can refer you to. Southside Animal Hospital is by far the best animal clinic in the Greater Lansing area. more

Southside Animal Hospital is the best. 6/19/2009

The vet and the techs there are the best. My little Yorkie got sick from eating too much chocolate and they took such care of him and made him better. They are the best! more

Amazing! 12/25/2008

I had been taking my dog to a different vet for a couple months trying to get rid of a skin irritation. I took her to Southside and she was 100% better in a couple of weeks (one visit.) Everyone who works there is very curteous and they have great service. I would reccomend this place to everyone! more

Best vet's office 11/7/2008

I have used Southside for decades, through various cats and dogs. They offer excellent care, including surgery, but for those like me who can't afford to spend a lot, have helped tailor care to optimize the well-being and comfort of my loved pets with never a suggestion I am an unloving pet owner if I choose less than the most aggressive treatments. Even when I lived in Okemos for a while, I drove back to Southside because of my high regard for their practice. more
