I have been going to Southside for a number of years with both my cats and dogs. The entire staff is wonderful and you know that your pet is in good hands as soon as you meet Dr. Joyce. Every situation is met with care, concern and honesty. They truly understand how important your pet is and you never feel like a number with them. Dr. Joyce and her staff take time to understand the reason for your visit and do everything they can to make sure your pet receives the best care possible. I really appreciate the fact that if Dr. Joyce feels she doesn't have the expertise or ability to properly diagnose your animal (which is a very rare occurance), she has a wonderful network of specialists who she can refer you to. Southside Animal Hospital is by far the best animal clinic in the Greater Lansing area.
