I took my dog in for vomiting. First of all, the ladies at the front desk barely acknowledge anyone, no smiles, they look miserable to be there. The wait was tremendous. I sat for an hour before being put in a room. My tech was rude and clueless. She didn't really seem to even like animals - or people. Then comes another 45 minutes for the vet. She came in completely arrogant and full of herself. She was extremely condescending. The prices are sky high and they try to get you to get services that are completely unnecessary just to drive the price up. And if you don't do everything they want, be prepared to be made to feel like the worst pet owner ever! I ended up going somewhere else and got top notch care for a fraction of the price. You should only go here if you want to know the personal details of all of the technicians and their critiques of all the other clients there as they talk loudly and inappropriately right outside your room. I thought maybe I would get a smile at checkout when they were taking my money but no - just dead eyes. This place is a joke! The entire staff needs some Prozac and some people skills!
