Terrible terrible! They all lie to you from the sales men all the way up to both General Managers?! Are you serious?! We were not complete with our deal and after nothing but lies and more pressure to continue with the trade-in and new sale, the GM finally agreed to give our trade in back if we paid for services that were performed on our trad-in. We agreed and then the next day we were told they werent going to allow us to have our vehicle back anymore because we were supposedly going to another dealer to purchase and not to them. Then after more resistance the other GM agreed to give us our vehicle back if we give them over $400 for "service" on our trade-in that they had already completed, and paid for miles used on the new vehicle that we only used for 2 days. We are still not sure what we will be doing...Beware. I have much more information on the code of ethics this dealership holds but there's just too much to explain. Just please beware.
