In the end, I had a good experience. The beginning wasn't the best. My original order of 2 items ended up being "out of stock" or "discontinued" and I wasn't notified about it for about 5 days. I found very suitable substitute products & the manager threw in a little financial incentive. The products are working well. more

Worked as advertised, out of the box. Use it with a GE rf modulator to send TV signal from a mini Genie DirecTV receiver (with 10-pin connector) to misc. TV's in house (kitchen, bathrooms, guest bedrooms) without paying for a mini Genie receiver for each location. more

I live in a double wide mobile home with aluminum siding and a metal roof. I was only able get about 3 or 4 stations barely using an inside antenna for FM. I received my new Solid Signal FM antenna. Mounted it 15 Ft. up and now i get around 2 dozen stations. I am very pleased!! Thank you for this product!! more

Needed second remote for Directv DVR receiver cable box and bought one on Amazon.com. Item was as described. Prompt shipping and received it on short order. Well packaged and item works as designed. Would and will by from Solid Signal again. Item was exactly as same as Directv remote. more

Your service was great but the web info on what we ordered was misleading. We wanted to not need a power source for our Directv HDDVR receiver. The 'eye' for the dish we ordered sounded like it would work this way for us. We ended up getting a b-band converter and was able to get a signal on IN1 or IN2. We finally ended up with a Directv tech coming out. He said we needed the power source (SWM) to get both satellites (101 & 103) on a single line input (IN1). To get rid of the power source we would need two(2) wires coming into our receiver. He gave us a power source and SWM eye and we're using this with your dish. So, your people are nice and the order arrived quickly but the information provided on the web site about what we ordered could use some improvement. It would really benefit folks like us if you would simply tell us what we need for the type of receiver we have (not just the provider). more

I was tired of paying Dish Network so much each month. When I found out about Solid Signal I checked them out. I purchased a 612 receiver from them. Unfortunately the receiver had problems and did not work properly. The hard drive was going out. I telephoned customer service and a replacement was shipped out immediately. I had to purchase the replacement receiver. When Solid Signal received the defective unit a refund was given. The failing hard drive was not the fault of Solid Signal. Meanwhile I received the replacement unit. It has worked perfectly from the first. I connected an external hard drive to the receiver without any problems. It too works great. Wish I had discovered Solid Signal before I did. I would have replaced my rental receiver from Dish Network much earlier. I highly recommend Solid Signal to you! more
