Your service was great but the web info on what we ordered was misleading. We wanted to not need a power source for our Directv HDDVR receiver. The 'eye' for the dish we ordered sounded like it would work this way for us. We ended up getting a b-band converter and was able to get a signal on IN1 or IN2. We finally ended up with a Directv tech coming out. He said we needed the power source (SWM) to get both satellites (101 & 103) on a single line input (IN1). To get rid of the power source we would need two(2) wires coming into our receiver. He gave us a power source and SWM eye and we're using this with your dish. So, your people are nice and the order arrived quickly but the information provided on the web site about what we ordered could use some improvement. It would really benefit folks like us if you would simply tell us what we need for the type of receiver we have (not just the provider).
