Basement Subpumps Replacements 9/26/2016

Nabir came to house and quickly went to basement. Upon review, he gave me a number to options with cost to correct the problem. Once I selected my option, Nabir told e he needed to purchase the pumps and would return in about an hour. I checked on Nabir to make sure he had everything necessary. Upon completion he cleaned up and was on to his next job. Professional and easy to work with. more

Preventative Maintenance - Khalid A 9/16/2016

We are very happy with the detailed inspection Khalid performed. He took the time to explain the stages of inspection. He made several recommendations for professional upgrades and took the time to explain each one. He also taught me several easy homeowner tips for improving HVAC performance myself. more

Price quoted not right 8/17/2016

I was told by whoever setup the service call that it would cost $89 to service my tank less hot water heater. When the tech came it turned out the service was $366.00 + $89.00. I was only quoted the service call cost when I first called I guess. First off this is very poor service, second I don't understand adding the service call cost to the cleaning of my tank less hot water heater. These are very bad business practices. more

I have used Sobieski Services for over 10 years and have not had any negative experiences. The service is always set up promptly and the follow G through from dispatchers/office staff is an added bonus. My latest service was on 6/30/16 with Mike G who took care of a minor toilet issue in short order. I also love the fact that the technicians/plumbers wear booties which is a huge help since I have wall to wall carpeting. Thanks to all more

Andre was exceptionally concerned about what I would be paying vs how well it would benefit me. He was genuine about me not spending money needlessly. The work he preformed was top notch, well done and completed professionally. I will always request Andre for my repair needs in the future. Khalid A - Great Technician and a professional AC guy! 6/24/2016

Khalid came in today for maintenance and I found him to be very knowledgeable and a professional AC guy. He took time to test everything and provide detail explanation on what he was doing which is very comforting to many homeowners. This is very rare talent which is not done by any service providers.He did not rush and did a very thorough job. Great work on job well done. Keep it up!. more

Great Job Matt B. and Drew J. !!! 3/18/2016

Matt B. and Drew J. came out to my home and did a awesome job of cleaning my dryer filter which was very difficult to get to. They checked everything and gave me important information on how to maintain and keep my filters clean throughout my home. They took the extra steps to check my whole house to see what vents needed to be cleaned also. They saved my home from a possible fire due to the dryer vent being severely backed up with lint even though I clean out the dryer itself all the time. Thank you guys once again!
