Nabir came to house and quickly went to basement. Upon review, he gave me a number to options with cost to correct the problem. Once I selected my option, Nabir told e he needed to purchase the pumps and would return in about an hour. I checked on Nabir to make sure he had everything necessary. Upon completion he cleaned up and was on to his next job. Professional and easy to work with.
