Andrew H was pleasant, quick and thorough. During his plumbing inspection he noticed and replaced a leaking toilet supply line in the powder bath... but was honest enough to explain that it was a simple fix that we might be able to tackle ourselves. Very positive experience! more

Today, Sobieski sent out Zach H. for my gas leak issue from my newly installed hot water heater on Monday. Zach brought an electronic gas detector (A must have for diagnosing the source of a gas leak) It was not the new flex line or fittings...but the gas control itself. Zach made a call got the new part and installed it within an hour. He even installed a new aluminum vent pipe connector. The problem has been corrected and family and I have piece of mind... Mike was very knowledgeable and very professional, he explained the work to be done time and cost up front. He cleaned the area completely before living our home. Company respond time after we call: the call was not treated as an emergency even though I explained the seriousness of the situation; they weren't able to send somebody the same day (we called them at 1:00 pm Friday 15 they sent somebody Saturday morning from 75 miles away that got here at 11:00 am).I explained we have a critical care person in the house with oxygen that needed catheterization every four hours) we didn't have toilets, water to clean ourselves or prepare food for 24 hours. more

Chris came in clean, caused no disturbance to the household, did a complete service of the AC unit and departed without any problems. There were no attempts to make a sale of an unneeded piece of equipment. This is great service. more

Recently we had our water heater checked by Zach Hanby. He was very friendly and professional . He explained what he was doing in a way that made me feel comfortable enough to ask him questions. This was important to me because I know nothing about water heaters. He was polite, knowledgeable and informative. more

The technician did a very thorough inspection and was very precise in his job. He explained everything he was doing and why he needed to check certain area of the system. Mike and Matt have worked for me in the past and am always happy with their work. They show up on time and let me know how long things will take. I was at the local Lowes and was asked by the Sobieski rep, who had a table set up, if I was interested in any services. I said yes, I needed radiant heat hooked up. I was given a May 6th 2017 10am appointment. I received a call a few days before to confirm. When the 6th came up, I called them at 11am to see where the rep was. The woman I spoke with said they must have had the date wrong even though she was able to tell me that they had called and confirmed for the 6th. So I rescheduled for May 13th 2017 at 10am. On May 13th, I receive a call stating that the rep would be unable to hook up to my radiant pipes. I said that's interesting because he doesn't even know what I have. He automatically assumed I didn't know what I was talking about. Then there was another excuse about how they cannot guarantee it, even though I was just looking for the boiler hookup. This is where I ended the call, I told the guy if you cannot even check out the job, then I don't need your service anyway, I will find some other company. What a bunch of ..... they don't even look at it, but turn it down.. how does that kind of company stay in business? I'll make sure this review is posted on other sites. more
