Tech did a thorough job of first understanding my problem with my humidifier and then explained what he was going to do and gave me feedback through the process. After his inspection and testing he advise me on my options to resolve the issue. One of which is a simple solution to try first. Air Conditioner Maintenance Service 11/29/2016

Khalid checked both indoor and outdoor AC unit thoroughly. Provided information on how to check the system regularly and how to replace air filter monthly. Khalid was very polite and helpful. Maintenance Service provided was satisfactory. more

khalid was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He was onsite for the bi yearly inspection of the hvac system. I felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing and he offered some great suggestions. Overall A + service. Customer service is a priority. more

Service by Khalid 11/21/2016

Khalid performed the maintenance check on my heater prior to the winter season. He checked all the necessary parameters as well as the filters for the heater as well as the humidifier. He provided some advise regarding replacing the humidifier filter for the next season stating that it was fine for now. He ended by explaining the various items checked as shown on the itemized check list. more

Once again Willie the service rep. did a amaze job of clearing out and trouble shooting my vent to by dryer. Willie answered all my questions and gave me good advance on maintenance care. It was a long hard job from the 2nd floor dryer to the attic with a lot of clean up but he put everything back in place neat and clean. Thank you again for a job well done with great customer service! more

Ken S. from Sobieski was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting the issue with my kitchen sink. He gave me several options to get the sink fixed, including contacting the manufacturer of the sink directly. Thank you once again for your help. more

Service of Lennox Heating/Cooling System 10/24/2016

A routine service call turned into a trouble shooting exercise. Khalid identified significant condensate accumulated in the induction motor resulting in shutdown. Apparently this was caused by plugging of the pvc drain that had become blocked. The motor was extracted and the water inside discarded. A similar problem had occurred in August (8/31 service call). Khalid did an excellent job of trouble shooting and advising me as to how I might inhibit the problem in future. I very much appreciated his instruction and cheerful and methodical resolve to sort this out and help me understand what had happened. Bravo! more

Sobieski Services just came to my house to fix some plumbing problems. The technician Nadir O. was very pleasant and I would welcome him back. He assessed the problems, gave me an estimate, and quickly got to work. I pleasantly surprised at the care he took to keep the work area clean. Thanks to Nadir and the Sobieski team. more
