Great Customer Service Nadir!! 2/9/2016

Getting both my 2 bathrooms toilets at home fixed was a great experience. Nair the Plumbing Contractor was very professional and gave quality customer service from the time he entered by home to the time he left. Nair answered all my questions and gave great suggestions also! I really appreciated how Nadir took the time to explain what had happen and How he fixed the problem so I could understand clearly. He showed extreme patience at a late hour. This was a reschedule of a previous appt. from about 6 weekswhich fell behind. Scheduling called at 5.45 to advise a 30 minute delay. At 7.15 he eventually ago, canceled by Sobiesky due to extraordinary" no heat" calls. This .was a 2 to 6 appt. arrived through no fault of his own Khalid appeared very thorough and gave me several maintainence tips. He is a 10. more

I recently had my yearly checkup with Sobieski and am extremely pleased with the courteous and professional service provided by Khalid A. He explained all that he was doing, what he was looking for and pointed out features I was not aware of. Sobieski should be proud of having Khalid on their team! more

Heater service 12/4/2015

I had Sobieski come out to do a pre-winter inspection of our propane heater and AC also. The service was excellent as I asked quite a few questions (for my learning purposes). The technician took his time to answer each one and I was very satisfied. more
