suing me one year after moving out.i moved into the apt and painted and plastered at my expense.hired professional to do it and asked garry if he would supply paint and he refused.promised me new floor and bathroom vanity,never got them.moved in with no light fixtures.left apt in good condition,betterthan i moved in.raised my rent 450 dollars one year with no reason. more

Do NOT Trust this Company! 9/12/2011

Jimminy is correct, the Hoffman (Gary is main contact) family owns the building and the mgt. company, they do not care about their tenants or their apartments. Their apartments are old, small and overpriced. They are near impossible to get in touch with and when you do, you can not trust them, they will say one thing and do another. You can find much better apartments at better prices that do not require you to deal with people this horrible. more

Nepotism is not always good 6/24/2010

If you rent from a Sibling Management building, know that the company is controlled by the Hoffman family, which owns buildings that the company manages. What this means is that if you have a problem as a tenant you may have no recourse because the owner is not really a client of the manager but is one and the same. One hand washes the other. Pros: Cheap Cons: You get what you pay for more
