Just applied for an apartment at 360 w 55th st Apt 2-O. Mikki at Siba Mgmt approved the application in about 24 hours time, then let me know there would be a FOUR month security deposit totaling $13,580, an amount she would not budge on. This is a clearly a prohibitive deposit. Few people have that kind of cash, and those who do certainly wouldn't want it tied up in a deposit. more

We love the New Super! 5/24/2012

My wife and I are just thrilled about the new Super that Siba hired to run 50 East 78th Street! The staff seems to be happier as well. He is making our building a better place to live than ever before. Thanks for hiring him Siba! more

Siba has really raised the bar!!! 5/24/2012

I just did a deal in a Siba manged building. What a top notch experience! They have a new property manager that is very efficient and professional. My client and I were very impressed by how smoothly the whole rental process went and at the unbelievable follow through from the property manager. I am happy to report that my client is happy with his new management company and even happier in his new residence! more

As a long time resident at 50 East 78th Street I can say without hesitation that I have never loved living here more. Our new super is FANTASTIC! There is a buzz of happiness around here like never before. I think I speak for all of the staff and residents when I say we have never been more impressed with the way things are going. Being a resident in a Siba managed building has never been better! They recently hired a new property manager in the office that residents and staff alike are swooning over. The office is more responsive and effiecient than ever! I am happy to report that living in a Siba managed building is a pleasure! more

I just moved into a Siba manged building and I have to say I had a very different experience than most of these reviews I have read. I found the mangement staff to be pleasant , helpful & very professional. My lease signing and my experiences with them were all very good. more

Great Place to live, Great Management! 2/8/2012

I moved into a building manged by this company (Siba Management) 5 months ago and I love living here. The building staff is great. Everyone is super nice and someone is always around if you need something. I also like that the building is kept clean and the apartments are all really well maintained. When I signed my lease the management staff was very helpful and they made the process really easy for me. My move-in was smooth and so far I am really happy all around. If things continue this way, I see myself happy here for a while. more

Don't move to a building managed by SIBA Management 10/7/2011

I've been living 2 years in a building managed by these guys in the Gramercy Area. The area is great and the views fantastic, the doormen and the super are nice people, however the management seems to have serious control freak problems. It took us three tries to get our bed in our house. When the coach wouldn't fit through the service door, they didn't allow us to use the main entrance. Heck they didn't even let the moving guy check to see if the coach fit through the stairs! And the doormen are terrified because they are controlled by cameras all the time and if they infringe on any little thing they are fired the following day. Follow my advice, don't move to a building managed by these guys, we are going to move from the building in two months and kiss their asses goodbye. more

Terrible 10/6/2011

I wish i had seen reviews on this site prior to my run in with Siba Management. I had heard that it was difficult to deal with management companies in NYC and that service was poor, but the girls at Siba take this too a new level. I couldnt agree more wtih the majority of the comments on this site. more

THIS IS DAY 5 OF ME HAVING NO AIR CONDITIONER IN THE DEAD OF SUMMER - SIBA WON'T HELP YOU UNLESS YOU BEG AND PLEAD AND SCREAM THESE IDIOTS WOULDN'T SPIT ON YOU IF YOU WERE ON FIRE THEY RAISE YOUR RENT WITHOUT ASKING, DONT EVER FIX ANYTHING, ARE RUDE UNHELPFUL CRIMINALS - WONT TAKE YOUR CALLS IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR COMPLAINTS DONT EVER RENT FROM THEM. more

I had applied for a job interview. spoke directly to the manager.. every thing was fine he told me to come in the next day. 12pm on the dot I got there...Once I have got there he told me he did not make any appointments with me told me to leave. more

WORST MANAGEMENT OFFICE IN NYC 7/5/2011

DO NOT RENT ANY APARTMENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Everyone that works for this company are liars, unreliable and will make your life miserable for ridiculous things. NOT NORMAL. Micki and every doorman, especially Kevin the super are terrible/horrible human beings. NO HEART and they could care less about you. LIARS. more
