Prudential Center is for rich democrats and republicans. 9/2/2009

I was here many times in the past. The Prudential Center is the skinny building in the middle of downtown Boston. The Center has a mall inside. It's not a huge center like a mall. I bought some items at different stores inside. I was at the Body Shop and got some lip balm and hand creams. I was at the Dunkin Donut, Olympia Sports, Express and other stores. This mall is different compare to mall in the suburbs. The difference is that they have very fancy stores like Louis Vuitton, Club Monaco. I love the fancy stores but man I can't afford them. Basically I just mean this mall is for rich people. The customers are mostly whites and have the cash. Most of them live in the area of the Back Bay and have nice homes, condos or apartments. Truereview here to tell you the truth. Here is the list of all the stores inside the center: Apparel: 344,Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft, Arden B., Chico's,Club Monaco, Express, Free People, Isis Maternity, J. Jill - The Store, Lacoste, Lord & Taylor, Lululemon athletica, Olympia Sports, Saks Fifth Avenue, Stil, Vineyard Vines. Attractions: Beantown Trolley, Boston Duck Tours, Old Town Trolley Tours, Skywalk Observatory,. Cards Gifts, Books: Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Crane & Co., Paper Makers, Papyrus, Yankee Candle. Department store: Lord & Taylor and Saks Fifth Avenue Shoes & Accessories: 344, Aldo, Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft, Charles David, Florsheim, Gucci, J. Jill - The Store, Johnston & Murphy, Lord & Taylor, Olympia Sports, Optical Shop of Aspen, Pandora, Ross-Simons, Saks Fifth Avenue and Sunglass Hut. Specialty Food: Cold Stone Creamery, Dunkin Donuts, Godiva, Shaw's Supermarket Teavana and Truffles Fine Confections. Specialty Store: Best of Boston, Franklin Covey, Frette, GameStop, Isis Maternity, L'Occitane, Levenger, Life in Boston, Louis Barry Florist, Mizu Salon, Sephora, Swarovski, The Body Shop and Travel 2000. more

Prudential Center is Wonderful 4/24/2006

I've been going to the "Pru" as the locals call it for years - it's a great place. Park over at the Copley Square garage and walk through Copley and shop there (3 floors including Barney's New York) and then walk through the indoor glass breezeway from Copley to the Shops at Prudential Center to continue your shopping experience. There is a California Pizza Kitchen to your right and an Express for men to your left. Continue forward and you'll see many places to shop and enjoy. There's a Krispy Kreame donuts, food court, Legal Seafoods, Jasmine Sola, Barnes + Noble, Cheesecake Factory, Sephora, Ann Taylor, lots and lots to see and shop and the feeling overall is very city chic, I like it. It's a great place to go when the weather is cold or rainy because you can walk from Copley all the way to Boylston Street without going outside, just by walking through these large shopping areas. That's a real plus in the winter. Copley is more upscale with Tiffany's, Barney's, Armani, etc. Prudential is more affordable. Both offer hotels, shops, food and kiosks in the center to shop at. Enjoy! more
