I visited the Buckhead office yesterday to redeem my laser hair removal Groupon deal and was stunned by how amazing the service was all around. The moment I walked in and checked in with the friendly front desk personnel to the moment I walked out fully satisfied with my treatment. I received the hair removal in three areas (legs, biquini, and under arms). I left the office with my next appt. booked six weeks from now to receive my second procedure! more

Dr.Mckenna did an amazing job on my juverderm! I did not feel a thing and was out of there in no time at all! Can't wait to try a few other services! more

Shape Med is by far the best in Atlanta. I was extremely nervous about my first experience with Botox and Dr. Mckenna made me feel very relaxed and comfortable before and during the procedure. more

I went for Botox. From hello to goodbye, with the procedure in between, spanned about 60 seconds, and I left bleeding. I do not recommend. more

Do not go here for Botox no matter how inexpensive they claim to be. I purchased a coupon from Living Social. Actually, I purchased two but, of course, they would not let me use both on one visit. So, I wound up going there twice for Botox. The coupons were for 10 units each. Can't remember what I paid for them. Dr. M advertises Botox for $8 per unit... the best price in Atlanta, he claims. Sure $8 per unit is less than other places but he tells you that you need more units so that you wind up paying the same or more than you would at other places,. Trust me, he's making major bucks and that's all he's out for. He doesn't really appear to have much concern for his patients, in my opinion.\r \r He injected so much Botox in my forehead just above my eyes that I have a horrible drop. Looks awful. I'll have to suffer with this until it wears off. He injected very quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He had very little to say to me. I felt like I was in a cattle call. He has no bedside manner at all. In fact, he displays an extremely egocentrical, arrogant, and condescending attitude. I won't be spending my hard earned money here again, that's for sure. There are too many good, kind, down to earth doctors/injectors around to waste my money and time here. \r \r Don't be drawn in by his Living Social deals (scams) or his $8 per unit Botox. NOT WORTH IT!!\r \r more

Dr. {I am not sure what his name is} didnt introduce himself and only stayed in the room for maybe 15 minutes tops to inject what I thought was botox and what i thought would be lots of it only to feel as though I have been scammed! He had little patience as if I was taking up too much of his time to talk my options through and he pointed each issue out in a manner as though I am a hideous creature. \r \r I have had botox before at other reputable places, but I heard about this place and the low cost and wanted to give them a try. My last place went through 10 syringes, at least, and I was poked more. He went through 3 surrenges and it cost me $400! I have few wrinkles, but by the time I left, I felt like I was this ugly monster! His bed side manners were horrible- I have never felt so uncomfortable when paying someone SOO much money and now all I can do is cry. I certainly will not be returning and I doubt I will see any results. I saw results immediately at the other spa and saw the injection sites last time, I see nothing now and barely an injection scab and let me tell you, he didnt hold back shoving that needle inside my face. MAN- I hope someone takes his license away. I will be reporting him if I do not see results. more

have been a patient of Dr. Mark's for years. He has done botox and juvederm on me, and I have had laser treatments as well. The staff is professsional and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is amazing, and the treatment results are undeniable. I have sent at least 10 clients to Shape, all of whom return to me thanking me for the recommendation. I highly recommend Shape Medical for everything from weightloss to botox, from laser to juvederm. Keep up the great work guys!\r \r more

The team at Shape Wellness is awesome. Dawn is a fabulous, funny, thoughtful tech. If you get laser anything go see Dawn. Dr. McKenna is very good at what he does. I have had some negative reactions to some treatments, however, the team at Shape Wellness always makes it right. I have been going to them for two years now for everything from laser hair removal (go to Dawn) to botox, latisse and juvederm. The new line of skin products is awesome too! They Rock! more

$8/unit for Botox is NOT a bargain when it only lasts 4 weeks. I had received Botox injections from Dr. McKenna two times prior to my last visit and had been pleased. So pleased, that I referred A LOT of people to him. However, with my last treatment, within a few weeks it appeared as though I had never had any Botox. I gave Dr. McKenna the opportunity to make it right and he refused. I agree with another reviewer that he is extremely condescending. Never again will I go to Shape Med or recommend them. more

Found Shape Med thru Loclly, a great deal on BOTOX, read some negative reviews ahead of time, but figured what did I have to lose...well I lost a good chunk of my self esteem thanks to Dr. Mark. The ladies in the front were great, friendly very kind. I waited only 5 minutes which was also great, two good things that proved the negative reviews wrong...BUT then the most arrogant unkind doctor I have ever had in my life walked in the room. He proceeded to tell me I needed more than just BOTOX and should buy at least 20 more units and even then, it may not help. He was unkind, impatient and condescending right off the bat. Had he been even a tiny bit nicer, i would have gotten more and gladly paid full price, but I will never set foot in there again. And who dresses like that anymore anyway...skin tight jeans and cowboy boots....\r Regardless, I left there in tears, feeling like even at $45.00, I lost out. I would rather pay a higher price than ever give him my business. more

Love, love, love this place. Shape med is my one stop shop :o) I'm a mother of two and just had my second child 8 months ago...so I decided to treat myself to a mommy make over! I got botox, laser hair removal and did the HCG weight loss. I am extremely pleased with my new look and must say thank u to the staff for their support and care. more
