I purchased a deal from loclly for botox worth $250 (so the ad said) I got to Shape Med Spa and found out that they had units for $8 each. So I would think I would atleast get to use my entire deal which was $55 x2 deals total of $110. That wasnt the case at all. I could only use 10 units per the Dr, and when I asked why cant I use my entire deal and get 25 units, he said that I can get 10 units today and I can pay for 10 more units. He said they have to make money somehow and they want you to come back to try to get you to be a regular. I would have more than happy been a regular customer after todays visit if and only if they would have gave me what I paid for. When I wrote loclly for a full refund, they offered me a $50 credit to the loclly deals. Def not fair and could have been better customer service from both companys. Scoutmob is a way more honest company and look out for their customers. Let me say this on a side note, If you are wanting to purchase botox straight out, you cant beat the $8 per unit price they have. Thats a plus..
