I have never seen a company with worse customer service skills. First of all, two weeks ago, I called for a cab from Lansing to East Lansing and was told to f-off and was hung up on. Then when I mistakenly called this company again this past weekend I myself made a mistake. I accidentally told the company that I wanted to go East Lansing instead of Lansing. We figured this out when the driver came to pick us up. He grunted a little but took us to Lansing. Well apparently he was so pissed off that he had the audacity to have another one of his employees call me and actually leave me a VOICEMAIL saying "You are a LIAR. You told us you were going to East Lansing and you LIED. We don't want your service ever again. So don't call us." So guess what Shaggin Wagon? I won't...and I will be sure to tell all my friends about it.
