Review content:
I called the day before New Years Eve to verify they would come out to Dewitt. The gentlemen was very professional and said yes but it may take 1-2 hours for the pick up. I called NYE for a pick up the the person told me they were busy with East Lansing & would not come out to Dewitt. I told him what I was told the day before & he rudely said, "I don't know who talked to but we're not picking up in Dewitt". No apology or nothing! I called Spartan Cab and they came immediately!!
