GREAT Customer Service! My husband bought my embroidery machine from them and they gave him a great deal. He was going to buy the display machine and they gave him a brand new one for the same price since it was a gift. I have come back several times to purchase ALL my materials and accessories needed for all my crafty projects. Won't go anywhere else! more

The service here was great! Tricia was very knowledgeable and helped us make a great decision. She was VERY patient and answered all the questions I had. She even let us play with the machine and sew and embroider a few things :) My husband made his initials with a shark! He is a pro now! more

I was very impressed with the assistance I received when I entered this store. I was looking for a new sewing machine and they had the perfect machine that fit my budget. I called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for. Richard at the Conroe location confirmed what that they had the machine I was looking for in stock, confirmed the price and told me to come in and ask for him. I drove an hour to get there but it was completely worth it. I was frustrated beyond words with my current machine, which was keeping me from sewing. My previous machine was purchased from a major retailer off the shelf. Big mistake. For the past 10 years I have fought it to sew minor things...I just knew it was not me but the machine that kept me from sewing. It was recommended to me to go to an actual dealer who would spend the time showing me how to use the machine. It was worth every penny and the hour drive to get to this location. Richard took the time to show me all the basics of the machine. I was amazed at his patience and knowledge. He was EXTREMELY helpful! You cannot get that kind of service from buying a machine off the shelf of a major retail store. I went home with my new machine and have been sewing up a storm without any issues! I bought a quality machine and receive excellent customer service from this store. I cannot tell you how happy I am. more

I stopped in the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse in Conroe recently and was amazed at the store. They had a large selection of sewing machines and vacuums along with all accessories and the store was clean and neat. I wanted to try using an embroidery machine and had no idea of what to look for in a machine or even how to use it. Tricia was there to help and had no problem answering all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable. I bought a machine and am happy that I have the machine but also that I can go back or call with any questions I have. The continued service after the sale is a huge plus! There is finally a place in Conroe where you can get advice about what type of sewing/embroidery machine is right for you. There are classes being formed that will help you further in mastering these machines. Tricia is always there to answer any questions that you might have. They need a teacher/instructor in the Conroe Store. Apparently you can't even pay for classes at this time. more

The Conroe store has the best sales reps I've ever worked with. Tricia sold me a Janome Horizon. I am so pleased\r with my machine. They matched a competitors price and made doing business with them so easy. If you are a quilter, a sewing fanatic make this store your pick for purchases and service. I love my new machine. Great Store- Wonderful Customer Service. I needed a new sewing machine and walked out a happy customer. Chris is an excellent employee with patience and knowledge. He showed me all the basic starting tips I needed on the machine I purchased. You do not get that kind of service at the other big box stores. He let me know that if I ever needed any other tips or if I had any problems to come back and he would sit down and show me. Finally, a store that get customer service. more

After visiting every sewing machine dealer in the Houston area, I purchased an embroidery machine from Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse at their new location in Conroe. They were undoubtedly the nicest company I met with. All of the sewing machine companies have competitive prices, but you honestly cannot put a price on customer service. Their new store is very nice. They are happy to help you, unlike the other places I visited with. I will never purchase from another store! more
