I was very impressed with the assistance I received when I entered this store. I was looking for a new sewing machine and they had the perfect machine that fit my budget. I called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for. Richard at the Conroe location confirmed what that they had the machine I was looking for in stock, confirmed the price and told me to come in and ask for him. I drove an hour to get there but it was completely worth it. I was frustrated beyond words with my current machine, which was keeping me from sewing. My previous machine was purchased from a major retailer off the shelf. Big mistake. For the past 10 years I have fought it to sew minor things...I just knew it was not me but the machine that kept me from sewing. It was recommended to me to go to an actual dealer who would spend the time showing me how to use the machine. It was worth every penny and the hour drive to get to this location. Richard took the time to show me all the basics of the machine. I was amazed at his patience and knowledge. He was EXTREMELY helpful! You cannot get that kind of service from buying a machine off the shelf of a major retail store. I went home with my new machine and have been sewing up a storm without any issues! I bought a quality machine and receive excellent customer service from this store. I cannot tell you how happy I am.
