Delivery was perfect; delivery man was prompt, courteous, efficient and friendly. \r The meat is always delicious and convenient in its individual packages. \r Jerry Downey was great in taking our order, as usual. Apparently, however, Service Foods does not value our 20 years as customers. Our order was too small to suit you. That ""gift"" was not a gift since we had to return the bone-in chops that we received by mistake last year, and you could not give us the half-ham that Jerry promised because you ""couldn't afford"" to on our small $800+ order. \r -Hershel Childs more

Because you asked… \r I was a little disappointed to find that my order wasn't properly filled. I had requested 1 item to be exchanged for an item that I had from a previous order. Instead I got THREE! now I have to open up another item slot so I'm available for them to exchange. I am happy how it will be resolved, it was just kind of a hassle. \r -Kelly Sand more

I had to change time on day of scheduled delivery. Service Foods accommodated my schedule. In the 17 years that I have been doing business with this company, I have never had a complaint. Jerry Downey is an excellent account rep. She is always offering suggestions for food and recipes. Mike schedules delivery that fit my schedule. Great customer service. Mr Jones did a very professional job. We arrived home 3:05, he was waiting but never made us feel bad for being late. Very friendly and courteous. The order was correct which is very helpful. :) Thank you. We love this service. more
