TERRIFIC SERVICE! Tim and Bonnie were soooooo knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend their team! Best service I've had from anywhere in a very, very, long time. Quick and friendly response 6/1/2016

I didn't book the cleaning until 5/31 at almost 9pm and they were at my house and ready to clean at 9am the next morning. Awesome! Dennis was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely rely on Sears for my carpet cleaning from now on. Thanks! more

A thorough job of cleaning 5/29/2016

Everything was easy from scheduling the appointment online, got a confirmation and then two phone calls, one the day I scheduled and one right before the technician came. He did a thorough job, not like some companies that come in, do a quick job and then leave before you know. it. First he pretreated, then he used a rake to loosen the pile, followed by the steam cleaning and then the rake again. I have light colored carpet which was not extremely dirty to start with, and it looks very clean even in the traffic areas. I was impressed. I will use the service again. more

So polite and very knowledgeable 5/17/2016

I had started with just the internet but I got a call from Sean T the next day to make sure everything was set he even found a better deal for me. He also helped me understand that some of the things I picked were not necessary to get my carpet clean. Then Dennis showed up Saturday. He was so polite and did such a great job. I could not even tell where the animals had messed anything. There is nothing I would change about my experience with Sears carpet cleaning. Just as great as they were the first time. Thank you more
