Everything was easy from scheduling the appointment online, got a confirmation and then two phone calls, one the day I scheduled and one right before the technician came. He did a thorough job, not like some companies that come in, do a quick job and then leave before you know. it. First he pretreated, then he used a rake to loosen the pile, followed by the steam cleaning and then the rake again. I have light colored carpet which was not extremely dirty to start with, and it looks very clean even in the traffic areas. I was impressed. I will use the service again.
