I have been using another company to clean my carpet for years....my son directed me back to Sears; I had my living room, dining room and stairwells cleaned! although it was wetter than usual; I was very impressed with the end results. more

I can't say enough good things about Terrance with Sears Carpet cleaning. He is a very personable, and pleasant. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I have used this company for 3 yrs and have always been very pleased with his work and demeanor. Over the yrs, I have used the 'popular' carpet cleaning company and have never been really pleased with their high pressure sales or their cleaning and they don't compare with Sears or Terrance's work. I would recommend him and Sears to anyone! more

Terrence and LaTosha came to our house to clean our carpets and tile floor. They were very professional, reliable, and conscientious. Their work quality is excellent, and they completed our whole house in a little over 2 hours. I highly recommend them. more

This team was AWESOME!! Just bought a new home and was worried about what the vents/air ducts looked like. They were very knowledgeable, recommended what the house needed. Outstanding job! 8/10/2018

Tyler and Jabari worked hard to make filthy carpet look brand new. They were courteous and professional. I'll definitely hire them again and will recommend Sears Carpet Cleaning to everyone I know. I couldn't be more pleased with how the house looks now! They surpassed my expectations by a LOT. more

Another Satisfied Customer 5/8/2018

Terrance did a fantastic job on our carpets again. He's always on-time if not early. Our carpet looks like new and so do the sofa and recliner he cleaned for us. My husband and I found him to be quite personable and professional. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, however I don't think anyone will be disappointed with Terrance.
