Not only did Scotty's find and fix the problem with my truck brakes, but they did it for far less than I was afraid it would cost. And their free diagnostic caught all the problems I knew about for future repairs. more

It's conveniently located, they have gone out of their way to build a relationship with me. Very friendly and I trust their expertise and judgement. A little pricey, but they go the extra mile so it's worth it as far as I'm concerned. more

Very pleased. A family business. Gave specific repair list with cost. Split cost of expensive tool so they could repair my vehicle. Took me to Hertz for rental. Want my car to go another 100,000 miles so, I will be returning for the next 10 years! more

Having trust in a business which you bring to them your car for repairs is very important to me. They tell you the facts so that you can make informed decisions. They also will work with you to make good decisions. The owners understand the value of your property whether it is years old and brand new. They have good common sense and value me as a customer. more

The quality of Scotty's is exemplary. the mechanical service is beyond the pale. The customer service is to be modeled by any retail outlet. dropping fliers in neighborhoods is a friendly, community relations method of marketing well worth whatever price that was paid for the fliers and distribution. more
