I've been going to Scales and Tails for years - it was one of my mom's favorite seafood restaurants when I was growing up. They have everything from traditional southern fried dishes to Creole/Cajun, Greek, and Italian. I'm not sure if they still have it, but they used to have a lunch buffet on the weekends that was totally worth the $8-15 pricetag. The seafood is always fresh and the service is usually top-notch. Dinner can be anywhere from $8-20, and lunch is always more reasonable.
I noticed that they had "closed" on their street-sign the other day when I drove by. I am hoping that this is a temporary closure but thought it should be noted here. I'd suggest that you call ahead if you're planning to go.
