This dealership is aweful!!! Only come here if you would like to be judged on appearance before you even step out of your car!!! I have preciously owned an infiniti, and then switched to Nissan when I purchased my Armada. I have since had it for 2 years, and lately I have considered trading for a QX56. So I went to this dealer expecting superior service (it is an INFINITI dealer after all!). So I drive my everyday car up to the dealer (an older Cavalier), and park, procede to look at the new QX, and I have questions, would like to test drive, etc. After noticing a couple sales reps outside watching me, without an aknowledgement, I start to walk over to them as an older gentleman pulls in the lot in a BMW. Before I could even get half way to the sales reps, they both walked straight away to the gentleman in the BMW, completely ignoring me!!! Now, I know I am young (24), and I may not have looked like I could afford anything on the lot, but this is no excuse!!!
To top it all off, I returned 2 days later after leaving infuriated, and a very similiar situation...
I return again about 2 weeks later, and the same thing!!!
I think I will be going back to Northern Virginia to purchase a new truck!

Cons: EVERYTHING
