The place is constantly changing managers so there is no consistency there (aside from the fact that all the managers are really unprofessional and disrespectful. Parking was always a problem if you wanted to bring friends because they had so little guest parking space and the towing company knew that that place was a goldmine. Has a lot of problems with my apartment and had to be repairing it almost once a month. The neighbors upstairs would be constantly fighting and throwing things so I couldn't study there. They never fixed the laundry facilities (had only two working washers). It was very gross so I had to wash my clothes somewhere else. Friends in the efficiencies suffered because the efficiencies building only had ONE machine for ac (could never please anyone with the ac and it broke down more than 10 times a year). Water from the showers were either too cold or too hot (nothing in between). I didn't feel safe because there was soliciting, fighting and a person exposing himself on the premises while looking through the unit windows (no joke). more

10 months after my daughter vacated (JUN/2009) ? they sent us to ?Collections? without contacting us. When she vacated and handed over the keys, they demanded a money order to settle the ""pending amount"", and had her pay an additional $140/- in ?damages?. No one ever contacted me, the guarantor in Maryland, and they will not talk to us till we pay it all. I told the Collections Agent that I have no issues to pay - if I owe the amount - but I really need to know how they add it all up. The complex is incredibly cheap and poorly built. The walls are thin and you can hear everything... absolutely everything. The ventilation is shared among apartments so when your neighbors burn food or smoke, your entire apt stinks like a fast food restaurant mixed with a hippie den. To make matters worse, the windows are not operable, so you are basically living in a poorly ventilated sealed box.
