I had the pleasure of dealing with this company when I was involved in an auto accident. I was told by the police officer that I would be responsible for the towing fee of my vehicle, and really didn't have the money to spend on this. I called this towing company, and they said that since the accident was NOT my fault, and the other driver did have insurance, they would collect from them.
Not only did they tow my car off, but they also took me home!! In the course of that ride, I mentioned that I would have to drive my other car, which had not been driven in quite awhile...and they recommended 287 Auto Center as the place to take my car for a "safety" check-up....which proved to be valuable advice for me!!!
When the insurance company declared my car "totaled", I went to the towing yard and recovered all of my personal items from my vehicle. Later that day, I realized that I forgot to check some of my "cubbyholes", so I called the towing co., and they retrieved my other items for me.
They gave me EXCELLENT service....beyond the "call of duty".
If I ever need a tow again...I won't hesitate to call them!
