This place used to be the best. Dr. B was the best doctor I've ever had. They got bought out or something and most of the doctors quit. Now it SUCKS. Used to get customer service. Now none. I had been going to the Mission Viejo office for probably 20 years. Then they sent a letter to say Dr. B was no longer there. Then I tried to make an appointment and they told me I had to go to the Lake Forest location. There was a reason I drove a longer distance to go to the MV office. Current doctors are OK but there is no personal feeling anymore. more

Saddleback Urgent Care has friendly and professional staff. The doctors take the time to listen and don't just give you a prescription and send you on your way. It's usually busy so if you want to avoid a long wait, get there early and you'll be on your way to a speedy recovery! more
