This place used to be the best. Dr. B was the best doctor I've ever had. They got bought out or something and most of the doctors quit. Now it SUCKS. Used to get customer service. Now none. I had been going to the Mission Viejo office for probably 20 years. Then they sent a letter to say Dr. B was no longer there. Then I tried to make an appointment and they told me I had to go to the Lake Forest location. There was a reason I drove a longer distance to go to the MV office. Current doctors are OK but there is no personal feeling anymore.
