Moe Elmuniaier was very pleasant and professional when he conducted my annual AC service and when he returned to do some additional maintenance on the unit.

Worst

Service Professional was efficient in work and knowledgeable regarding steam humidifier and tankless systems.

Thank you to Detlef who did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet and toilet. He is courteous, explained what he would be doing and answered my questions. He cleaned up the work areas well, which I really appreciate. Will definitely use Swan Plumbing and ask for Detlef next time! more

Above and beyond service 10/28/2016

Spencer did a great job cleaning and tuning up our furnace. He was very thorough. He even noticed a small crack in one of our copper pipes and recommended we get a plumber out to review. He offered to fix it for us but wanted to make sure we had a plumbing expert confirm the issue as well. We really appreciated the care and concern. more

Spencer did a great job 10/21/2016

I had a minor crisis at my home with a backed up sewer drain in the basement and me just home from a freak accident where I broke both arms! Spencer narrowed down the problem and called his coworker who had the equipment to snake my drain and stayed to clean up until the issue was resolved. He was courteous and careful to make sure my carpet didn't get marked up and cleaned up well. I am so grateful for him being willing to go the extra mile to help me out! more

Jordan T did a installation of a furnace and air conditioner and was a absolute joy. He put down tarps to protect the carpets and hard wood floors. Put shoe covers on before walking into our home. He did a fantastic job. I rated him a 10 with 10 being the highest,!!!!! Stan Clymer more

Jeremi was great. Took a look @ both units and walked us through what was working efficiently and what was not. He then outlined and explained ways to improve upon that efficiency. Got us signed up as members to receive even better savings as well. more

Great service for our water heater 7/22/2016

Chris did a great job for us today! He came on time, flushed our water heater and installed an expansion tank per our request. Our pilot light kept going out prior to his visit and he even helped us determine what the error reading was. Now we can the manufacturer because it's still under warranty. more

Adam V. from Swan Plumbing & Heating of Denver, CO came out and tuned up our furnace and A/C units. He was courteous prompt and professional, but beyond that went out of his way to give us recommendations on things we can do to get the most life and performance out of our existing equipment. When we are ready for upgrades and additional services, Swan will be our first (and only) call. more
