Very limited selection 11/14/2005

I am a soprano singer, and I purchase most of my repertiore from the city. Rustic is a neighborhood store for me, and every time I ventured into here, I could not find anything I needed. They have no accompaniment CD's and a pathetic collection of vocal Aria books. The staff is very uninformed and unfriendly. If you want to go to a good music store, look at Patelson's or Colony in Manhattan. You could even try everynote.com (a website where you could download a wide variety of sheet music for a minimal cost). more

There are better music stores by far! 7/26/2005

I do not recommend this music store at all. They have a very limited selection of music and musical instruments, and their staff is not friendly or helpful at all. I ventured into this store once, and I will never go back. Their staff is discourteous to the point of rudeness, and their knowledge of their trade is poor. There are far better music stores to frequent on Staten Island. You can't get much worse than this. more
