Peace of Mind-Finally 1/23/2018

I had a PSE&G Worry Free contract. For the past few years I have had a problem with my condensate line freezing up. Twice PSE&G came out and said there was not much I could do except to keep an eye on it in cold weather and use a heat gun to keep the ice from building up. I remembered reading about Rubino in SJ Magazine and decided to give them a try. They came out immediately and fixed the problem. The technician told me about their service plan where you had two visits a year to check your heater, AC and water heater. And if I have a problem aI get priority service unlike PSE&G. I have signed up for the Rubino plan and canceled the PSE&G. I finally have peace of mind with my HBAC systems. more

GREAT JOB! 1/11/2018

For the past few years I have been having problems with a freezing condensate line on my heater. I have the PSE&G service contract and each time I have called them about the problem, they come out and tell me there is not much they can do. I saw the article in SJ Magazine about Rubino and gave them a call. They came right out, analyzed the problem and did a fix that will avoid the problem in the future. The service tech, Kevin, was professional and helpful. Kevin explained the Rubino service plan which I immediately signed up for. Good-bye PSE&G. more

heater repair 12/30/2017

We had a frozen condensate line and called them at 7:45 AM on the coldest morning in December and they were out and had it fixed by 1:30PM. Arron, the Tech, suggested a more permanent fix that I could do myself and save $350. Which I did! What a great approach & attitude to customer service!! more

Ian was very nice and considerate. I felt bad that he froze outside in 24 degree weather hosing off the housing to my furnace. I was wondering why the blower motor I had installed 3 yrs ago broke down and needed to be replaced. I would hope that a motor lasts a lot longer than 3 yrs! more

Excellent Rubino Service 10/12/2017

We have had nothing but excellent service from Rubino Service Co. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in 2016 and have had our cleanings of both and the company is outstanding. I can say all good things about their service, follow-up, communication, personnel, and products. more
