For the past few years I have been having problems with a freezing condensate line on my heater. I have the PSE&G service contract and each time I have called them about the problem, they come out and tell me there is not much they can do. I saw the article in SJ Magazine about Rubino and gave them a call. They came right out, analyzed the problem and did a fix that will avoid the problem in the future. The service tech, Kevin, was professional and helpful. Kevin explained the Rubino service plan which I immediately signed up for. Good-bye PSE&G.
