Ian was very nice and considerate. I felt bad that he froze outside in 24 degree weather hosing off the housing to my furnace. I was wondering why the blower motor I had installed 3 yrs ago broke down and needed to be replaced. I would hope that a motor lasts a lot longer than 3 yrs!
