Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The guys from rotorooter did a great job. They were very professional and fixed my problem. They also gave me suggestions on how to maintain my plumbing. They cleaned up their mess very well. I would recommend them to my friends. more

I had a major plumbing issue late at night on Saturday which flooded part of my living room and bathroom. I immediately called my local plumber who was honest and told me I'd probably get a better rate with roto rooter for what I needed done. My main line from my house to the street was clogged and he said roto rooter deals with this all the time and would be my best rate... I called their 24 hour call center and the person scheduled an appointing for first thing Sunday morning which surprisingly was a regular business day and there wasn't extra fees like most places would charge. I was surprised they could get someone so quick on short notice. They called 30 minutes ahead and asked some questions to come prepared for the issue. They showed up, looked at everything and gave us a free quote and said we could go with them or we didn't have to and there was no charge for the quote. The quote was good, and the work was performed successfully, and courteously, they even took our coupon we found off of the bill. I feel their service fee was fair and a great value. I would recommend them to anyone and plan on using them for any future plumbing needs. more

We called and they were able to make it out within a couple of hours, even though we live in Walton, KY. The tech arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very nice and professional. His work was excellent. I will use them again in the future. more

Called and had a technician out to our house within 2 hours. Was very thorough, had great explanation, and did everything he could to answer questions/save us money. We came home on a Thursday evening and found that we had a bad leak in our toilet. We called Roto-Rooter immediately, even though it was around 9 P.M., and they had someone there in about an hour and a half. He was a great plumber, as well as being very professional, friendly, and completed the job quickly. The price was fair, and we even got to use an on-line coupon. They always come as promised (sometimes offering me an earlier time than I anticipated), always are very thorough in locating the problem and in explaining the issues to me. We had a drain in the garage that was backing up and I assumed it was related to the rain we were getting. However, Dave Denton from Roto-rooter was quickly able to diagnose the issue was related to the sludge that runs from the kitchen sink. He was able to clear the drain within an hour and offered solutions for the future as well. I was in the process of removing my vanity in my powder room so that the contactors could install flooring. Little did I know that one of the shut off valves under the sink did not work. Experience taught me not to force, because I could cause more harm than good and the installers were coming to my house later that day. I called Roto Rooter and they set me up with a professional plumber. They came on time and was able to quickly resolve my problem by installing new shut off valves. They also provided me with quotes on other plumbing issues that I was dealing with. I have used them for the last 10 years and I have always been impressed with their service and professionalism. more

Last night at 7:00 pm we discovered a water leak with our hot water heater. We called Roto-Rooter and they were able to get a technician to our home last night to replaced the holding tank. The technician was very responsive in resolving our issue, plus was able to adjust the water pressure coming into our house which we did not realize was an issue. Overall we were very pleased with the fact that Roto-Rooter was able to repair the water leak so quickly last night. Would highly recommend their services!!!! more

Water started to come back up through the drain in our basement late Saturday afternoon. My husband shouted from the basement, "Turn off the Dishwasher and Washer!!" He immediatley called Roto-Rooter, and they came out the same day, and quickly took care of the problem. It seems our 4 year old had to much fun putting too much TP paper in the toilet, that caused the backup. We were delighted with the cost and the service provided. more

Found gas line leaking next water heater in basement. Roto-Rooter had someone out within the hour. The problem was determined and repaired quickly. The technician was very courteous, understanding, thorough and actually went beyond the call of duty for us which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend using Roto-Rooter. Andy, the technician, was polite and very friendly. We had a backed-up utility sink, which we couldn't solve on our own because the blockage was in the pipe inside the wall. Andy solved the problem in a time-efficient manner and overall I was very pleased. more

My main floor drain had backed up and was clogged. Service technician, Chase, responded within the 2 hr time frame. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, explaining everything that needed to be done, including the quotation before proceeding. Chase was successful in augurin the drain.. The floor was cleaned up and dried. I asked him if his schedule permitted, to take a look @ a toilet that needed a new water supply valve. He was able to fix the toilet. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They are professional from the initial phone call to the technicians they send. more
