Oct. 11, 2010 Fast friendley service again at 14530 27th Ave. No. Roto-Rooter . I was told a tech would be out within the hour.. guess what he was early and also explained everything. Roto-Rooter Plumbers Sept. 23, 2010 9/23/2010

I live in south Minneapolis and called Roto-Rooter to schedule a maintenance of my pipes out to the street as my neighbor's had recently clogged and she had to dig up her entire yard and sidewalk! It was easy to schedule, I was called and told that the plumber was on his way. Brian showed up on time and explained everything to me and then did all the work. Best of all he was very clean and thorough. I would call them again if I needed a plumber or had any kind of plumbing issues. more

We had an idea of what we would need to do but we were not sure who to use. We fortunately had not previously had the need for a plumber. We called at 10:30 am. in the morning, we had a technician by 3:00 pm. at our request. Call center called us 30 minutes before which allowed me to stay at my job until the work needed to be done. Dan 1240 was pleasant and thorough. He walked us through the possible scenarios with my husband was on the speaker phone and we found the main cap that we needed to find. We had new carpet installed and he was very patient and careful with the work he did. He was very pleasant and checked all of the drains before he left the house. It was easy and efficient. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/8/2010 9/14/2010

Anthony 3776 came to our house after the toilet plugged up. Plunging was no use,and the flood into the basement was not fun... He arrived shortly after we called, was friendly, and got right to work. It didn't take him long to figure out what our problem was. Our 4 year old had dropped his Spiderman figure into the toilet, and instead of telling us, he flushed it... Anthony told our son that it was not called a 'toy'let for putting toys into it. Very nice guy, great job,clean work...I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in Minneapolis in need of a plumber. more

Our toilet was clogged and leaking. I called Roto-Rooters in Minneapolis and they were literally at my house within an hour. The plumber was very nice and they state the prices up front. He was done within 45 minutes. They also had a coupon on their website for $30 off, which was great. Overall, a good job done quickly. more

Our tub wouldn't drain. We plunged and plunged--until black crud came up in the sink. Yep, then the sink wouldn't drain either. When the water shot through the clean-out cap on the floor like a fountain, we covered the bathroom in towels and called Roto-Rooter. After two hours of serious auger work echoing throughout South Minneapolis, the fine fellow had drilled through the problem, and our water drains better than ever before. We couldn't be given a warranty (because of the nature of our pipes) but it cost a lot less than the last plumber I had do some work, and the drain is now so fast it creates a loud vortex as the water disappears. Really nice. more

I have had on-going issues with a drain in my house for the past year. Finally got tired of trying to fix it myself, so I called Roto-Rooter. Nate (tech #2484) came out, late on a Sunday night. He was very friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. He provided me a warranty on his work, which left me feeling more confident on his work. Pros: Friendly and Knowledgeable more

I was very pleased at such a quick response to my request for service. The technician was out within two hours and identified my drainage problem right away. He was careful to keep the area clean while he worked and he took care of the roots and whatever else was in the main line. Roto-Rooter plumbers of Minneapolis came out to my house today for a yearly main line cleaning. The service was prompt (they arrived an hour after I called), the plumber was curtious and respectful of my home (kept it clean). Roto-Rooter 6/27/2010

After having some toilet issues I decided to give roto-rooter a call to see what they could do. They told me they could have a tech come out within in next two hours and ten minutes later I get a call informing me that Jeff was on his way (this was on a sunday no less!) He arrived after about 20 minutes and got straight to work. Jeff was very polite and explored multiple options while troubleshooting my problem. After all was said and done, my toilet worked perfectly and my pockets weren't too much lighter. Great work, speedy arrival and not too costly! Pros: Fast, Speedy, Friendly Cons: none so far! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers May 25 6/16/2010

RR came out to snake the main drain. After 2 hours, the tech told me he hit a blockage and that I would need a camera to determine the problem. The camera tech came out a few days later and showed me a root ball in the middle of my line and suggested I buy a $6,000 liner to prevent pipe breaks. The first step in installing the liner is removing the root ball, so I asked him to do that first. He refused saying his crew wouldn't come out just to remove the roots. I called another company to remove the roots and they found the pipe to be in good condition. RR was clearly looking to sell a higher-cost, unnecessary product than just finishing the job I hired them to do. They have lost my business for good. Fabulous, Efficient, Knowledgeable Service! 6/8/2010

Today, June 8, 2010, tech # 2205 came to our rescue. The main drain pipe from the house to the street was backing up, and we had flooding in the basement whenever we bathed, showered, ran the dishwasher or washed clothes. Jeff came and was able to unclog the drain!! He was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. In addition to solving our problem, he gave us good information about future options. Roto-Rooter Service October 17, 2009 10/21/2009

I had a very bad back up into my basement last weekend. Roto-Rooter was the second plumber I called and the only one to fix the problem. The dispatchers were awesome and very kind to let me know when the plumber would arrive. The plumber was very helpful and provided us with a lot of information. And most importantly I was able to use the water again without it backing up into the basement! Pros: They got the job done! more
