Roto Rooter plumbers know what they are doing. We were remodelling our master bathroom and the contractor sent someone to fix our new faucets. The guy tried fixing them for 2 weeks but the faucets kept leaking and they could not figure out what the problem was. We were so frustrated and so badly wanted our bathroom back. We decided to take control and called Roto Rooter plumbers. The plumber arrived and patiently heard our story. He diagnosed the problem promptly in a few minutes ( the other guy still could not figure out what was wrong for weeks!!!!!). The Roto Rooter plumber worked diligently and fixed the problem. We finally have our bathroom back and some peace back. It was definitely worth hiring a knowledgable plumber to fix the problem. From now on.. Roto Rooter will be our plumber no matter what!!! I live in Tampa and was in need of a plumber. The plumber that came to my house was professional. He assessed the situation and took care of it withing 15 minutes of arriving to the house. My only issue was the price. I believe it was a bit expensive for the amount of time he spent fixing the issue. more

Woke up Tuesday morning to eruptions in every faucet in my house. What a disaster. Called Roto-Rooter. They were at my home within the hour ad knew exactly what to do. We woke up and walked into the kitchen to find that the floor squished and water was seeping up between the cracks. Checking inside the cabinets we discovered that the hot water heater was leaking. We went outside to turn off the water at the main valve, but we were unable to turn the knob. After calling 3 different plumbers, Rob from Roto-Rooter arrived, looked at the water heater, noticed the leaking hose and asked if I knew where to turn off the water. I showed him and he produced a tool that quickly turned off the main water switch. We discussed several options and decided to move the water heater outside, housed in a plastic shed, which we purchased from Lowe’s for less than $200.00. He then returned with the shed and proceeded to remove the water heater outside. Rob also called a restoration company who carefully examined the damaged kitchen floor, my daughter’s bedroom floor and the living room floor. I appreciated Rob’s “get the job done” attitude and his quick thinking to get the water turned off so as to minimize the damage. Rob was considerate, took his time, made sure that everything worked properly and completed the job long after normal work hours. Roto-Rooter is definitely a plumbing company we will call again. Our kitchen drain backed up late Friday night. After doing everything a non-plumber can do, we called Roto-Rooter first thing Saturday morning. Thye promised to have a plumber out within 45 minutes. 35 mintues later, Rob (76) arrived, reviewed the steps we had already taken to try to correct the problem, then determined the next course of action. A leaky hot water tank and flooded room on a Saturday afternoon leaving 3 roommates without hot water could have been a disaster, but thanks to Roto-Rooter (Rob 76) it was repaired with ease and a little humor. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what happened and promptly repaired the water tank. I had a pipe burst in my downstairs bathroom overnight. Unable to fix it myself, I called Roto-Rooter around 9:30 and got amazing service. By 11:00 am Rob was at my door and working on my problem. This entailed cutting a hole in my downstairs bathroom celing to access the pipe for the upstairs tub that had ruptured. He was incredibly friendly, explained everything to me about the repair that needed to be done and the cost involved. He spent hours repairing the pipe, cleaning up the damage, and snaking my drains. I have never had a repair job done where the worker cleaned up all the mess. I didn't even have to mop the floor. The cost was reasonable, but the service was worth well over what I paid. Called Roto Rooter on Sunday June 19th because of water backing up into house. Clog was cleared but oak tree roots had grown into and broken the sewer line. We were given a full estimate in the next couple of days and by weeks ends pipe was replaced. Work done was excellent and kudo's given to technician Robert for all his hard work ;} more

Rob76 and Mike7097 did excellent job in repiping our house. They were prompt, polite, professional, and explained everything. They worked very quickly, efficiently, and were thorough in their cleanup. the field manager Mike returned phone calls promptly, came to a scheduled appointment on time and answered all our questions. If I could rate this company "NO stars" I would. We called Roto-Rooter to replace our water heater at 1:00 p.m. They informed us that they would have a plumber out between 3:00 and 5:00. We called at 5:30 when the plumber did not show up. They told us the plumber was running behind and would arrive shortly. At 6:30 we called again. At which time they informed us that nobody would be coming out to replace our heater. What good is a company with no floow through? I will NEVER call Roto-Rooter again. more
