We used Roth to install a Lennox 6 years ago and have been unhappy with the whole process. We have had issues with the heat pump yearly, turns out they installed it wrong so some...

Josh was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He did the work in an expeditious manner. He advised me of what would make my equipment safe from electrical surge and was able to make the installation at that same time. I look forward to him being available for the next scheduled maintenance. more

Furnace installation 12/13/2017

On Dec 5-6 I had a heat pump and furnaced installed by Nick and Josh. I found both of them to be courteous,knowlegable and efficient. Activities were orchestrated so all people involved had essentially no down time. They were detail oriented to the point that they returned my front door Christmas decorations to there original location. more

Joel Jackson tech with Roth Heating 12/1/2017

Came with Tim to install our new gas furnace. Appreciated the call to say they would be arriving in about 15 min. Also happy he would agree to greet our dog to put her at ease upon arrival. Helped her know these were not "strangers". They taped the protective paper to the floor and went about their work efficiently with minimal disruption. He explained some of the info in the booklets and showed us what they had done during the installation. Explain the smell would be different for the first few minutes at the Initial startup and not to be alarmed as a normal smell as oil and dust burned out of this new unit. Very satisfied with Joel's work. thanks more
