Tim provided quick and complete service for your heat pump on the weekend! We also decided to take him up on the "bronze" maintenance program for both of our heat pumps---- thanks tim I meant to do that step several years ago and you gently reminded us which was wonderful. Light fixture installation 3/8/2017

Joe B from Roth heating and cooling was my service pro. He came in and figured out why our light fixture wasn't turning on and installed a light fixture. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained to me what he was doing and what was going on. I would definitely use Roth heating and cooling again and recommend then to friends and family. more

Great service call! 2/18/2017

Dan S. did an amazing job on a routine gas fireplace maintenance and service call. He was courteous, professional and took the additional time to walk me through everything that he did and why. He was also kind enough to schedule an upcoming plumbing service for me with the office. Dan went above and beyond in meeting my expectations and he is an asset to his employer. Roth is my go to service provider for my furnace, air conditioner, water heater and gas fireplace maintenance and repair! Looking forward to working with their plumbers next week. more

Aaron did a great job. This was a semi-annual routine furnace service and he was very conscientious about cleanliness and explained everything he did and tied everything back to the prior service call by a different technician. Very pleasant and very thorough. more

Regular Maintenance- easy and reliable 2/16/2017

Everything went easily and smoothly. Did have to reschedule due to sick technicians - but glad they could get well first and not spread germs to my home. Aaron was super respectful and clearly explained every detail. He even caught that one part had already been replaced 6 months ago and didn't need to be done again ( saved me money). Always like working with Roth- you can count on the quality of their work, and the friendly efficiency of their technicians. more

I had the opportunity to have Rick service and repair my furnance this past weekend. He was so professional and treated me with such respect. What I truly appreciated was his positive attitude, care for the customer and skill and knowledge of the situation. His trainer was also present and they displayed great team work and attitude. Great AC installation 1/22/2017

The service I received from start to finish was great. The installer Sam was very knowledgeable and nice. When everything was all done he showed me everything they had done and what was what and how to use my new AC and Thermometer. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know that's looking to get central air installed in their home. more
